For 2 hours every Saturday the junior section of the club takes over Parliament Hill Fields in Hampstead Heath (just above the running track). There's lots of running, cheering and laughing while coaches, parents and kids take part in this great game of rugby.

Our Juniors section has teams from u7 - u17 and a growing Girls section. HRFC also team up with Ruggerbugs for u6s.

If your child would like to give rugby a try, come join us at Hampstead Rugby Club on a Saturday morning, talk to one of the coaches or team managers and have them join in. All they need to bring are boots, suitable clothing without zips or buttons and a mouthguard (which are also available to buy at a reasonable price in our club cafe).

The club is always looking for volunteers to help these budding internationals. If you'd like to get involved there are lots of ways in which we could do with your help. No experience required, we're an all inclusive club who are doing our best for the kids.

Junior season ends with the traditional bash on Sat May 11th 2019 where we go over all the good things that the teams achieved throughout the season.
