Tuesday training - free for anyone

Hampstead Men's teams have been in pre-season training for a month or so now and the benefits are being seen. Improved fitness and players getting to know each other again, combined with an influx of new players is making it an exciting time and kicking off the promotion challenge. Mondays and Wednesdays are senior squad nights, with a mix of conditioning, rugby specific skills and the ever present touch competitions. Tuesdays are free for anyone to come along and get involved in a club night. Training is at 7pm-8.30pm at the Parliament Hill Athletics Track and the nearest station is Gospel Oak overground. If you are interested in coming along please contact 1st XV captain Max Moncrieff on 07903134913 or email 1stteamcaptain@hampsteadrugbyclub.com.
