Due to popular demand, we are continuing with our Wednesday mixed communal touch rugby. It will be running until mid August for over 16s (sorry the junior touch has now finished). Bring mates / work colleagues & just rock up & play. It will run from 7pm - 8.15pm just above the lido.

NB - if intend to play for our men's 1s & 2s, then pre-season training at the track is where your physical work out should take place & similarly these sessions are in addition to & not a substitute for club squad & Ladies pre-season training.
