As you know our equipment for the outdoor gym, training and a lot of the match day items are stored at our lockup at the Hampstead Heath Athletics track. What many of you won't know is that it's in a pretty chaotic state at the moment and, after years of getting by, we've decided to have a big clear out.

We need to throw away tons of rubbish, put together some of the new equipment we have ordered to revamp our outdoor gym offering over the summer, and generally, oil and grease up lots of gear and it all back in a usable order.

"Let me know if you are coming to help next Saturday. If attendance is good, we should be done in 90 mins," said Head Coach Peter Breen.

"And even if you can’t be there at the beginning or the end, lending a hand for 45 mins will really help."

Saturday training will go ahead at the new time of 10am, after which the big clear out will commence. We're looking to get underway around 13:15pm at the lockup.
