Hampstead RFC has six senior men’s teams, two ladies teams and a junior section that play in and throughout the Greater London area on a weekly basis. The majority of our community (400 plus and growing) live in Hampstead and north/northwest London.

By sponsoring Hampstead RFC, we are offering you the chance to interact and promote your business to our extensive network of players, parents, supporters and other sponsors.

There are currently two tiers of sponsorship for Hampstead RFC.

Gold Sponsorship

For only £100 (pay online here), Hampstead Rugby Club are giving local businesses the chance to get involved in their community and support a local sports team for the 2011/2012 season.

What we offer in return for your sponsorship:

  • Automatic entry into our members discount club (your choice of special offers)
  • The chance to promote your business message to our extensive email distribution list once a season
  • A full listing of your business, with a description and contact details on our website. www.hampsteadrugbyclub.co.uk receives over 20,000 visits per year and is regularly in the top 10 Google search results for Hampstead
  • Ability to promote special offers available exclusively to the HRFC community via our Internet presence (our web, Facebook & Twitter pages)
  • An exclusive window flyer for you to proudly display, showing that you are part of the Hampstead Rugby community
  • A chance to be involved in our annual sponsor night where you can meet and greet our players, supporters and other sponsors
  • The opportunity to be part of the growing local sporting community and to do your part in making sure that sport, especially rugby, is nurtured and fostered in the Hampstead area

New Gold Sponsors will then need to email the following:

  • A reasonably high quality copy of your logo (jpg / tiff / gif)
  • The url of your website – i.e. www.companyname.co.uk/
  • 50-200 words describing your company
  • Description of any offers for Hampstead members
  • Your twitter / Facebook names (if any)
