Selection for Saturday's away game against London Nigerian is below. London Nigerian's game is near Heathrow airport so make sure you plan your journey as will take longer than normal to get there. If you are driving then make sure that you go with a full car.
For those who were at the Player's meeting a week or so ago I will be sending out the information from it before Saturday. For those who weren't we have tried to make a few things a bit clearer for all - one of those is match days and how we prepare and warm up. Like I said there will be more information sent out before Saturday so make sure you read it - the important bit for logistics through is that all players need to be out on the pitch and ready to start the warm up an hour before KO. This means that if you need strapping, to practice kicking or do your own stretching etc then arrive in enough time to do all of this and be ready to go through the warm up an hour before KO, so this week we will be on the pitch and ready to go at 2pm.
