rosslyn park festival match report

Thank you to all the parents who made it to the game and got their boys there and braved a solid 5 hours in Chiswick.
Sorry we missed a couple of players today but we had a great turnout overall. As coaches we had a tough time with the subs bench, few wanted to come off (which is great) but we seem to have more backs than forwards and so the back line got rotated a bit too much and the forwards got a bit tired.
However all the boys put in a very solid performance today, losing 1, drawing 1 and winning 3... all super hard fought games when the boys never gave up and fought hard to the very end.
There were a few big knocks taken today and am I sure we all hope that in particular Aleccie recovers speedily from his concussion.
There was not a game the boys could not have won today, we just got rucked off the ball in game 1 and let Hackney off the hook in game 3 (but fought back for a solid draw.)
Very solid effort all round, giving us some things to work on in practice on Saturday.
