If new to the area and thinking of joining a club, then Hampstead not only prides itself on its rugby, but it's off field antics too. As the season approaches Hampstead RFC is gearing up for its first social and its first communal event of the 2019/20 season.

Pub Golf – Saturday 31st August 6pm onwards

Trawling the pubs of Camden in golf gear – route & rules will be published on our Facebook page nearer the date. Golf attire encouraged but optional.

Hampstead Heath Duathalon – Sunday 1st September 8.30am

The club’s brain child, enthusiastically taken on board by the Heath Events team. This is the 21st year of this ever-growing event. A run around the Heath, whilst swimming in all 4 open water facilities and finishing on the track. Hampstead members will be partaking / marshalling the course, and Mr Hampstead himself, Roger Dearling will be handing out the goings to the winners.

Monday - 1st & 2nd XV
Tuesday - 3s, 4s, 5s XV
Wednesday - all

NB from September training reverts to Tuesday & Thursday evenings.

Ladies sessions:
Tuesday & Thursday evening

All sessions start at 7pm and run for ~90 minutes

The Junior section reconvenes on 7 September & train Saturday 10.30 - 12.30
