As rugby continues its long await emergence from lockdown, Hampstead Ladies are back in training and already looking ahead to their first matches in more than a year.

Ladies Head Coach Sam Stabler has been putting the ladies through their paces, working lineout and set piece drills.

And 1s Captain Faye Hamp says the ladies have already set up some matches as the ladies work towards match fitness after such a long lay off.
