TIMINGS
We like to get started as soon after 10am as possible so that we’re finished and enjoying a hot dog and a drink in the clubhouse for 11:30;
LOCATION & PARKING
We’re based at the bottom of Byng Road, Barnet. *Use Post Code EN5 4NP for Sat Nav’s. *
To keep the traffic flowing in the local area, please turn left and drive down Byng Road on your way in and turn left and drive UP Wentworth Road on your way out.
Keep an eye out for parking attendants in High Viz vests and, wherever possible, please car share as we have limited parking space.
Please don’t arrive before 9:30 or park on the school field adjacent to the Club, which does not belong to us!
CLUBHOUSE
The canteen will be serving hot drinks and a variety of hot and cold breakfast items from 9:30.
A hot snack (usually a Hot Dog) will be free from the canteen for all Minis Players.
The fully licensed bar will be open from 11:00ish. Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.
We like to keep the clubhouse area as free from mud as possible, so please NO BOOTS in the clubhouse. Changing rooms and showers are available but a good wipe down and/or tracksuit over the top is fine too.
OTHER INFO
Dogs are welcome provided they are controlled on a lead at all times. Please pick up any mess, bins are provided.
Please remember that this is Minis Rugby; not the World Cup. All the players are kids learning the game and it is *critical that they learn that referees, right or wrong, are to be respected at all times*. All minis referees are volunteers and are often learning, just like the kids. If you have a problem with one, please take it up with them in a calm manner after the game and after the players have dispersed.
