Match Preview

So last game of season last year away at Verulamians and they won that fixture at the end of the game. However, we played really well as a team and were struggling with injuries and not a full turn-out.

This year is a lot different. For the first time we have a full team show-out and may even have some new players on the side-lines in support, with 18 players indicated as attending. 3 subs is unheard of in this group. Everyone will get a game on this, so it's important to work hard.

Robert will be coach on the day and will make sure that he's guiding the players to keep it simple. He'll do a great job. JMc is away at a course so can't be there, but is with you in spirit.

In attack, look to move forward and get beyond the gain line every time. In defence, look to stop them getting to the gain line by moving up and tackling well.

Support each other, ignore mistakes and enjoy the match and you will do well. Really good chance of a win in this game if everyone works together.
