A great morning at Hackney Bulls

Hampstead somewhat dominated the games with some really impressive rugby, albeit on tiny pitches! As always we were great at attacking and today every player made an impression on the pitch and proved to be valuable. We saw a huge improvment in defence, with massive gains in players confidence when it came to making and committing to tackles and we saw the boys working together and communicating well.

I don’t doubt for a minute that the boys have learnt a lot from watching rugby over the past few weeks, so keep it up; If there are decent matches/highlights on tv encourage the boys to watch.

Thank you and well done to Simon who we lent to Hackney for the morning. He played brilliantly and if it weren’t for him scoring multiple tries for them they would’ve been really deflated!

We’re really really proud of you all and its great to see your hard work and committment paying off. The team spirit today was fantastic!
