3. How to update your children's details on Pitchero - Nov 2019

Please note that this can only be done online via the web site; you can’t update details via the Club app on a mobile device

1. Log into your Pitchero account

2. Click on ‘Your account’ (top right, under ‘Hi [your name]’), and then select ‘Your account’ from the options presented.

3. In the second bar down you will see your name, and those of your children. Go to your child’s tab to change their details.

It is critical that we have the following information about your child:

• Date of birth
• In case of emergency (ICE) contact number (and name)
• Any medical information we need to know about them
• Code of Conduct Agreement
• Media Consent Agreement

Information that is really helpful to fill in:

• ‘Parents’ names’ field

4. If you need to make any payments, such as your annual subscription, you can go to ‘Payments’ in the top line.
