3. Accepting requests to join the club on Pitchero

When someone registers for the club on Pitchero a request is generated for webmasters to review.

Webmasters can then decide to decline or accept the request.

Before accepting the request a webmaster needs to check the following before accepting.

1. Check the data entered by the person and make sure key information is completed.
2. Ensure it's clear if the person is to be part of a team (player role), parent (parent role) or just a social member
3. Accept membership and make sure that all roles are set correctly
4. Assign product to new member depending on their role, ensuring that the request for payment is sent (on by default)

Multiple requests can come from individual members as the requests are for that member to join a role on Pitchero. As such the list below will provide some guidance as to the steps required when accepting a request to be part of a role in the club. These steps mostly involve assigning the right product to the member dependent on the role they have requested.
