Club Policies 1 of 3

1. Code of Conduct

At Hampstead RFC's AGM in 2022 it was agreed that the club would adopt the RFU's template code of conduct. The club operates its discipline process in line with the club's articles and rules.

Should you wish to raise an issue or a complaint you can do so via the following methods:

1. In the first instance you may wish to raise an issues with a member of your section’s committee e.g. captain, club captain, juniors chair, team manager etc. They can help resolve issue informally and as needed liaise with rest of the section committee / the executive on your behalf.

2. You can raise an issue more formally with the club secretary and / or the discipline secretary (contact details can be found on the club’s contacts page) and if a disciplinary process is required it will be conducted in line with the club’s rules and articles and RFU regulation 19.

To raise a formal complaint it must be presented and submitted in writing to the Honorary Secretary who will notify the Discipline Committee.

3. If you have exhausted these options and or feel that you need to refer something to the RFU directly, see the RFU speak up policy: Speak Up Policy (englandrugby.com)
