This checklist should help guide you on what you need to get sorted before the season starts. There are links to useful articles in the Club Hub where they are available. Items in Italic have been done for you for the 19/20 season.

Check your coaching and TM team on the contacts page
Upload your league fixtures (u13 to u18)
u7 - u12 fixtures secretary will arrange for upload of your main fixtures for your teams
Connect with Fixture’s Secretary to get contacts for fixtures for your team if needed, or connect with other clubs to arrange additional fixtures. TMs can upload them to Pitchero (using Pitchero Manager app OR Admin website). Note, do not do too many fixtures - 1 every 3 weeks is probably the max, and be wary of world cup this year

Upload training dates for your team onto Pitchero (dates should be posted on Junior TM website in August) For 19/20 season this has been done for you - next season TMs need to do it themselves.

Check your team settings are aligned with your new age group rules. Manage periods under fixtures settings. For 19/20 season this has been done for you.
Check your teams data - make sure that you have removed players who are not coming back this season
Familiarise yourself with the Cafe rota dates.
Advise of TM meeting attendance - will be posted in Junior TMs fixtures
for u13s and up, ask coaches to put players into positions on Pitchero. This can be changed as the season progresses and it makes team selection on Pitchero a lot quicker and easier
Update your team homepage, make sure the information is current for the coming season
