How do I see who in my squad has paid club membership?

It's easy to use Pitchero to see who has paid.

One of the questions I get asked a lot is how do we know who to talk to about club membership in our squad. What's good about this question is that it's relatively straightforward to see this on the Pitchero Membership database.

  1. Login to Pitchero, go to the Admin Section and Select Membership Database. (If you don't know how to do this then you can see steps 1-5 in either of these articles: How do I find other parents in my squad to help the club? OR How do I remove a player from my squad?
  2. At the top right hand side of the grid there is a {fields} drop down button, hover over this
  3. Scroll down the {Fields List} to Payment Products and select {Parent Membership (Annual)} and {Minis and Juniors Membership (Annual)} by ticking the box beside the names
  4. You will now see 2 additional columns in the grid for these membership products

There are 3 states
GREEN DOTS Someone has a DD setup and has paid successfully in the past
RED DOTS Someone has selected products but has not paid successfully yet, or their DD failed the last time it was tried
NO DOTS Someone has not selected any products yet & has not paid

Once you have the list, use it to have a chat with the parents with either a red dot or no dot in their column and asking them to select membership products and setup a DD to pay. If they haven't done this by the end of September (i.e. green dots) then let the Junior Treasurer know.

- One parent per family should pay the Parent Membership (Annual) products
- Each child in the family playing at HRFC should have only one Minis and Juniors Membership (Annual) product
- The club wants to encourage rugby to be played, so if there are people who may struggle with membership, make sure you have a chat with a Senior Junior member (Simon, Alan or John) to work out a deal in confidence.

Useful Notes:

  • A fully paid parents should have one green dot in the Parent Membership (Annual) column and one green dot per child at the club in the Minis and Juniors Membership (Annual) column
  • A fully paid child will have one green dot in the Minis and Juniors Membership (Annual) column
  • If there are too many dots in the parent product, then let the Junior Treasurer know by sending the name of the parent and child and what the issue is. He will then try to fix it.
  • You can export the list to a CSV file so you can open it in Excel if you find this easier to work with. At the top of the grid click on the grey {Export} button, in the resultant window check that the fields you need are selected, and then click the green {Export} button.
