About Us
Hampstead Women's+ Rugby is an inclusive, welcoming rugby club catering to a range of skill and experience levels. With two competitive squads and an experienced coaching team, we welcome players from all backgrounds, whether you're a seasoned pro or brand new to the game.

Outside of league competitions, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved with the game, from social 7s tournaments to mixed touch rugby over the summer. We also have close links with our juniors section, with plenty of senior players taking on voluntary coaching and support roles in their free time.

We’re renowned for our performance off the pitch as well as on, with a jam-packed calendar of social events open to all. From post training pizza to our legendary annual Carol Crawl through Hampstead's finest pubs, there's always something to get stuck in to.
